Logging In

From https://www.kmcondemand.com, click on the Login to KMC button or the LOGIN link in the upper-right hand corner of the website. Enter your email and password. Click on GO to log in.
Please check your welcome email and verify that you are entering your email address/username and password exactly as they are displayed in the email. We recommend that you re-type your login credentials. However, if you decide to copy and paste your login credentials, please make sure you are not copying any extra spaces. Please note that the password field is case-sensitive.
You can click on the Forgot your password? link in the login area to retrieve your password. A new pop-up window will open and you will be prompted to enter your email address. Click on Retrieve Password to receive your password via email.

Please send an email to kmcondemand@us.crawco.com with the subject line of Forgot Username. Be sure to include the following information in your email:

  • Your Name
  • Your Company Name
  • Your Phone Number

One of our support representatives will contact you regarding the retrieval of your email address/username.

You will receive this message when you are not completely logged out of your account. Simply closing the Internet window will not log you out. You must click on the Log Out link in order to completely log out of your account. For your security, you will automatically be logged out of your account after 90 minutes of inactivity. You can always click on the Log Out Current User link in the lower left-hand corner of the message window to complete logging off your account if you need to log in again before the 90 minutes elapse.
Your account will be locked after three successive attempts to log in using an incorrect password. You will receive an email containing instructions on how to unlock your account. Please note that sometimes these emails are filtered into your Junk or SPAM folders, so please check those folders before contacting support.
Your IP address will be blocked after three successive attempts to log in using an incorrect email address or username. Please send an email to kmcondemand@us.crawco.com with the subject line Blocked IP Address. Be sure to include the incorrect email/username that you were attempting to log in with as well as your IP address so we can verify our security records and unblock your IP address.
 

Ordering Courses

You can order courses online at https://www.kmcondemand.com. Click on Order Today. Select your state and click on Submit to view all of the courses that are available in your state. Click on Buy Now to purchase the desired course(s).
The Charter Membership gives you access to all of our courses and additional resources for one full year for the low rate of $135. There are no additional fees regardless of how many credits you take. Access to Weblinks, Glossary, and Performance Support make this our best value.

The Florida Charter Membership gives Florida residents access to Florida-specific Law and Policy Credits to satisfy their CE Requirements.

From the Order Today page, you can scroll down to the course(s) you are interested in and click on Credited States to see a list of states that have approved the course for CE Credits. Please note that credit hours may vary from state to state depending on the state’s method for determining credit hours.
You will have access to your course(s) for one year.
All of our courses and related resources are available completely online. There are no printed materials for these courses.
You will receive two emails from KMC On Demand. One will be a receipt for your purchase. The other will be a Welcome Email that will contain your login credentials and other important information relating to your account. Once you receive your Welcome Email, you will be able to log in and start taking your courses.

There are study quizzes throughout the course to check and reinforce your understanding of the content that is being presented in the course. There is a comprehensive final mastery exam at the end of the course that you must pass in order to be able to apply for CE Credits.
Once you pass the final mastery exam, you will be prompted to apply for CE Credits. We will submit your course completion to the state(s) on your behalf. You will receive an email notification when your CE Credits have been processed. A copy of your certificate of completion detailing the approved credit hours will be attached to this confirmation email for your records.

CE Requests are processed in the order they are received. Some states require additional forms to be completed by you (the licensee) and returned to us (the provider) before we can submit your course completion to the state on your behalf.

The total volume of CE Requests will also affect processing time. We generally experience higher than normal CE activity towards the end of every month as well as at the end of the year. Please keep these items in mind when completing your courses so you allow enough time to have your CE Credits reported in time for renewal. Close
