This course is an advanced Commercial Business Auto Liability and Physical Damage study of the trucking industry and the various unusual aspects of such insurance programs. This course will help the adjuster understand scene of an accident investigation. The adjuster will also have an understanding of cargo insurance, including how cargo is shipped and documented, and will be familiar with the differences between handling casualty claims and ocean or inland marine claims. The final module in the course reviews the "absolute pollution exclusion" found in general and commercial automobile coverages (and exceptions to the exclusions) and discusses specific environmental impairment policies designed specifically for insureds with a pollution risk.
