KMC On Demand Offers Enhanced Online Platform
KMC On Demand now offers an enhanced online format. The home page allows easy access to the features that learners use most frequently including performance support tools, assigned courses, how-to video’s and web resources.
In addition, the Website now offers employers the opportunity to create, store and assign podcasts to their employees taking online courses. These audio files might offer a message from the company’s management team, explanations of new program offerings or an interview with an expert. KMC On Demand makes creating a podcast as easy as adding an attachment to an email and the podcasts that learners access can be monitored to ensure they listen.
KMC On Demand has also added a centralized Help Desk Center so that learners can enter a ticket with feedback or questions about the program. At the Help Desk, the employer can receive and respond to tickets and escalate to KMC On Demand for necessary assistance. Employers can also customize the message, preferred format and designated sender of emails sent from KMC On Demand.
Several reporting options have been added for the CE Advanced and Course Advanced sections as well. Reports on learner performance can be viewed and exported to ensure he or she is upholding continuing education and licensing compliance.
KMC On Demand is currently adding additional course functionality to require that learners score over 70 percent on the study questions before taking the master exam. This will comply with the new continuing education requirement in Oklahoma and classroom equivalency hours from Texas.
