KMC On Demand Announces New Features
Navigation Upgrades, Podcasts and “How To” Videos added to KMC Homepage.
The KMC On Demand homepage now allows for easier navigation through the site while giving the user quick access to many new features including Podcasts and “How To” videos.

"Individuals need to learn more efficiently and be able to easily access information and references. With the upgraded homepage, KMC On Demand is continuing the critical process of bringing knowledge to adjusters when and how they need it."
Podcasting affords adjusters the luxury of downloading important information anytime, so they can take it beyond the office on an MP3 player. The KMC podcasts offer adjusters quick tips, course summaries, industry news and expert interviews, among other information, in a convenient audio format.

KMC On Demand is part of Crawford Educational Services, and Crawford offers its online capabilities to its own adjusters.
KMC On Demand's Podcasts and “How To” videos are an enhancement provided through the development of Web 2.0 communication tools. Within the next year, KMC On Demand plans to implement enhancements such as GCMS, virtual classrooms, blogs and wikis.
