The History of Claims: Podcast I

KMC is embarking on a series of podcast interviews with respected claims leaders, active and retired, who can give a personal and professional perspective on the development of the P&C Claims Industry over the past 50 years. If the adage that if you don’t know where you came from, you don’t know where you going is true for claims, then we are lost as nearly all of us have no conception of how claims have developed over the past 50 years.

We’ll begin our series with an interview with Ken Brownlee, a fellow Irishman, who began his claims career in 1967. Ken is retired from claims but not from the industry as he writes for Claim Magazine and Thomson claims publications. Ken is also a writer for KMC.
