                                    What Does Compliance Genie Do for You?

                                    As a KMC, PTC, or ATC Compliance User, you will have full control over the CE process inside your company. You can track, report, and view your CE progress at any time. We make the process of ensuring compliance with multiple state requirements easier for you, no more struggling to keep up with a myriad of regulatory changes.
                                     
                                    Additional licenses can also be created for states that don’t require CE Credits. Compliance Genie will keep track of the license renewal and remind the learner via email of renewal dates.
                                     

                                    Centralized Online License Management

                                    • Save time and money by simplifying the CE process
                                    • Avoid costly fines by ensuring that all of your adjusters are in compliance with state requirements.
                                    • For learners holding licenses in multiple states, the system validates each license for reciprocity with the home state. If there are states that comply with reciprocity rules, the system will accept the approved CE credits of the home state for the reciprocal states.
                                    • Additional licenses can also be created for states that don’t require CE Credits. Compliance Genie will keep track of the license renewal and remind the learner via email of renewal dates.

                                    Notification and Tracking of CE Requirements

                                    • The Compliance Genie communicates with the state on behalf of the adjuster to report CE completion.
                                    • The Compliance Genie approves the adjuster’s CE Request and updates the adjuster’s CE Control within two business days.
                                    • The adjuster or Compliance User can view CE progress at any time by checking their CE Control.
                                    The Compliance Genie works with your Licensing or Compliance Teams.
                                     
                                    Users are fully independent from the KMC platform. This allows the creation of accounts for employees that only have the responsibility of overseeing compliance and don’t have a defined role within the KMC. This area has full communication with the learning platform.
                                     
                                    Compliance Team Users can:
                                    • Run and export CE and licensing statistics and reports
                                    • Access and edit learner contact and license information
                                    • Print learner course completion certificates for personnel and training records

                                      High Quality Claims Courses

                                      • Every course in the KMC, PTC and/or ATC curricula is segmented into individual modules to allow you to learn at your own pace.
                                      • Each module averages 30 minutes and contains both a written text and narration of its material.
                                      • A written mastery test concludes each course, requiring that the student achieve a specific percentage of correct answers before receiving accreditation for successful completion of the course.

                                      Additional Features - Batch License Upload

                                      • For accurate and effective reporting, adjusters must enter their license information into their CE Control.
                                      • To increase the effectiveness of the reports, the Compliance Genie will offer a batch upload for adjuster license information.
