These five core skills modules teach skills that will enable the adjuster to handle and settle casualty claims. We recommend they be taken prior to the Casualty Core Skills II and III courses.

The approximate times to complete each module are listed below. Please keep in mind that times may vary as people learn at their own pace.

2. Negotiation - 45 minutes
3. Casualty Fraud Awareness - 30 minutes
4. Adjuster Ethics - 25 minutes
5. Avoiding Bad Faith - 25 minutes
